The Daiwa Saltiga 12 EX Si3+ Line 300m Grey is a premium braided line designed for anglers who demand the ultimate balance of strength, sensitivity, and durability. Built with a 12-strand Muscle PE weave, this braid delivers a perfectly round profile that enhances casting distance, smoothness, and knot strength while maintaining a thinner diameter compared to standard braids.
Finished with Daiwa’s advanced EX Treatment, the line glides effortlessly through guides, reducing friction and producing longer, more controlled casts. The addition of the Evosilicone³ (Si3+) coating boosts wear resistance by up to 150%, ensuring this braid performs under the most punishing offshore and inshore conditions.
Engineered for jigging, popping, and heavy casting applications, the Saltiga 12 EX offers unmatched abrasion resistance around structure and reef edges, making it the trusted choice for targeting powerful species such as GTs, kingfish, tuna, and other hard-fighting predators. The subtle grey finish provides stealth in clear water, helping anglers stay connected without spooking wary fish.
The 300m spool provides the perfect length for loading spin or overhead reels used in demanding jigging and casting scenarios, giving you the confidence to fish harder and push your gear to the limit.
